Step inside our historic 19th-century inn as it transforms into the stage for a fully immersive murder mystery experience, hosted by the acclaimed entertainment company Death on Demand. Guests will dine, sleuth, and scheme their way through a story filled with suspense, shocking secrets, and murderous mischief. Expect an evening of unforgettable theatre where you’re not just watching the drama unfold—you’re part of it. The Plot: Fatal Eclipse of the Heart The year is 2046, four years after former Prime Minister Saxon unleashed a neutron bomb at the opening of Parliament. Now, Roger ap Gwillam, ruthless leader of the Eclipse Party, has clawed his way into a second term. To celebrate, he’s invited a carefully selected group of election lottery winners to his secluded retreat, Camp Dafydd, for an exclusive media gathering. But as the night deepens, tensions sharpen. Loyalties falter. Secrets bubble to the surface. 🌭🍎💛 Charity Announcement! 💛🍎🌭 We’re proud to share that our chosen charity for Sausage & Cider Festival 2025 is the incredible @tworhythms ! This accessible arts charity delivers educational and therapeutic programmes that bring joy, comfort and creativity to people with profound physical and learning disabilities. From breathing techniques and massage to music, dance and relaxation, every session is unique — tailored to support people of all ages with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. By being part of the festival this September, you’ll also be helping to support their amazing work and the difference they make every single day. QR codes linked directly to their fundraising page will be on all the festival programs and dotted around the site and £1 from every ticket sold will be donated to the charity.
